At Nidhi Singh Makeup Artist, Jaipur, we are committed to delivering high-quality beauty and makeup services. As our services are time-bound and customized to each client, please read the refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking:

Booking & Advance Payment:

• A non-refundable advance is required to secure your date and time slot.
• Your appointment is considered confirmed only after advance payment.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellations made 7 days prior to the appointment are eligible to reschedule only once (subject to availability).
• Cancellations made within 7 days of the appointment are non-refundable.
• No-shows will be considered cancellations and are non-refundable.

Refund Policy:

• No refunds will be issued for cancellations, dissatisfaction due to undisclosed allergies, or change of mind after the service has been delivered.
• If the makeup artist fails to attend the event due to unavoidable emergencies, a full refund of the advance will be provided or the appointment will be rescheduled as per mutual convenience.

Trials & Trials Cancellation:

• Trial charges are non-refundable.
• Trial dates can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Client Responsibility:

• Please ensure timely arrival at the studio or readiness at the venue for bridal/home bookings.
• Delays on the client’s part will not adjust the service time or quality.
